House Of Talent East Africa whose acronym is HOT was set up set up with the aim of transforming the entire landscape in the arts/culture/entertainment industry both in Uganda and the entire East African region.

In the 12+ years of our existence, House Of Talent East Africa Ltd has built a proud repertoire of clientele and performance portfolio, and has performed at events of big brands and organizations in Uganda and the East African region. We take great pride in the quality of work we do and we are determined to attain heights never reached before in this industry by other players. We are on a constant march to excellence, innovation and absolute perfection of our artistic prowess.

Who we are:
House Of Talent East Africa Ltd is a cultural and Performing Arts Company registered in the republic of Uganda. House of Talent East Africa Ltd whose acronym is HOT, is a talent management company dedicated to discovering, nurturing and showcasing talent in the various spheres of life with a focus on the Arts and Culture.

We focus on continuous professional development and packaging our artistic talents; helping talented East Africans to achieve personal objectives while tailoring their unique skills to meet the specific demands of the entertainment industry in the region.

We are specialists in Cultural & Traditional Music and Dances, Contemporary music and dances, Public Address and Sound Systems, Christian Entertainment, Participatory Community Theatre, Audio and Video production and Arts Management Consultancy.
Other activities include participating in international art and cultural festivals, producing stage plays and skits, making films, Storytelling, Theatre for Development, performing at Musical concerts, Training, Adjudication, Children’s Theatre, and managing or hosting international cultural and art-based programs.

Our core business/services:
Our core business is to educate, inform and entertain the public through the provision of Cultural & Traditional Music and Dances, Contemporary music and dances, Christian Entertainment, Participatory Community Theatre, Public Address System and Sound equipment for all types of functions, Audio and Video production and Arts Management Consultancy. We are therefore a one stop centre for all your LIVE entertainment requirements.

Our Market:
Our market is that unit that needs to be educated, informed and entertained and one that uses the creative performing arts as a medium to further their missions and/or their objectives. Such include NGOs, Government Agencies, family, Private sector, corporate bodies, schools, educational institutions, Hotels, Events Companies, foreign missions, fellow artistes. This is thus the market that buys our services and products and hence informs our clientele.

Our experience
From the intimate to the elaborate, House Of Talent East Africa has performed at some of the most memorable events in the Region. All this is made possible by our highly trained and experienced personnel who boast of several years of experience.
This is further supported by our team’s background as being professionally trained at Uganda’s prestigious Performing Arts and Film, formerly MDD Department at Makerere University.

Our tenacious desire to understand our clients’ organizational culture, needs and goals you want to achieve, have also been of great help in enabling us perform to your expectation and exceeding them too.
Whether it’s a wedding reception, introduction ceremony, anniversary, end of year party, product launch, conference, concert, state banquet, state function, we’ll work day and night to customize our performance to your event and so create an atmosphere that’s nothing short of relaxation, refreshing and astounding.

You will be looked after by one central point of contact – a highly experienced and passionate Arts Manager responsible for bringing your event or program to life.In short, you’ll be assured of a truly unique experience that will NOT only surprise you but also delight and engage your audience.

Management
This is the coordination, administration and implementation body of House Of Talent’s activities, policies and objectives as formulated by the Board. The Secretariat is administratively run on a day to day basis by the Executive Director.
The Executive Committee comprises of the Executive Director, Company Secretary, Business Director, Artistic Director, Creative Manager, Production Manager, Music Director, Public Relations & Communications Director, Programmes Director, Business Development Director, Human Resource Director, Information and Documentation Officer, Legal Consultant and the Administrative Manager.
With this organization structure, you can easily see that the Company is easy to manage as most of the time is spent on working on the product/service through rehearsals and then marketing the service to potential clients.
